Intel Core 3 304 is built on the brand-new Wildcat Lake architecture. It is Intel’s latest low-power processor tailored for entry-level laptops and mini PCs. Delivering reduced power consumption, boosted AI performance and a fully optimized platform solution, it redefines the user experience of mainstream computers.
The JWAWAKEN RE2 is among the first mini PCs powered by the Wildcat Lake platform. It seamlessly integrates Intel’s cutting-edge 18A process technology, 24 TOPS on-device AI computing power and an ultra-slim chassis, delivering innovative solutions for home entertainment, office productivity, light creative work, edge computing and more use cases.

Wildcat Lake shares Intel’s 18A (equivalent to 1.8nm-class) process with the flagship Panther Lake lineup, bringing the same state-of-the-art manufacturing technology seen on high-end Core Ultra processors to entry-level silicon. The RibbonFET (2nd-Gen GAA Gate-All-Around Transistor) architecture is deployed at scale for the first time on Intel’s 18A process. Compared with the previous FinFET design, it drastically cuts leakage current — a core enabler of ultra-low power draw — while delivering substantial gains in performance, power efficiency and transistor density.
Furthermore, the processor adopts a heterogeneous design consisting of 1 Cougar Cove Performance Core and 4 Darkmont Low-Power Efficient Cores, striking a precise balance between power consumption and processing capability.
Benchmark tests demonstrate that the Core 3 304 delivers approximately 120% higher single-thread performance and a 60% uplift in multi-thread performance versus the widely adopted previous-generation Core i3 N305 processor. For graphics, the new Xe3-LPG architecture GPU features one Xe-core running at up to 2.3 GHz, delivering drastically improved rendering performance over prior generations and a transformative user experience.

The dedicated NPU delivers 15 TOPS of AI throughput. When the CPU, GPU and NPU operate in tandem, the platform’s aggregate peak AI computing power reaches 40 TOPS. This robust hardware foundation enables smooth local execution of complex workloads including billion-parameter large language models and real-time AI translation, ushering mini PCs fully into the AI age.
The JWAWAKEN RE2 incorporates enterprise-grade features including a TPM 2.0 security chip, AC Power Recovery auto-boot and Wake-on-LAN, making it inherently suited for commercial office deployments and lightweight server setups.
