Thank you for your trust in the Street Unawakened motherboard series and for choosing our products. Should you encounter any technical inquiries or product abnormalities during use, please contact our customer service hotline at 400-830-2066. In accordance with national quality supervision and inspection regulations, we solemnly commit to a three-year free after-sales service guarantee.
For Street Unawakened motherboards sold through legal channels in Mainland China (excluding Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan), we strictly implement the "Three Guarantees" service standards: 7-Day Return/Exchange, 3-Month Replacement, and 3-Year Free Warranty.


"7-Day Return/Exchange"
Within 7 days from the date of purchase, if the product malfunctions due to non-human factors under normal usage and operating conditions, you may choose a return, a replacement, or a repair. If a return is requested, the seller must process the return and issue a full refund based on the actual purchase price.
 "3-Month Replacement"
From the 8th day up to 3 months after purchase, if the product malfunctions due to non-human factors under normal usage, you may choose a replacement or a repair.
Replacement Policy: The seller must replace it with a product of the same model and specifications. If that model is discontinued, a product with equivalent technical specifications will be provided (Note: Equivalence is determined solely by technical specs, not price).
Warranty Continuity: The warranty period for the replaced or repaired unit continues to be calculated from the original date of purchase.


 "3-Year Free Warranty"
From the 4th month up to 36 months after purchase, we provide free repairs for product quality issues falling within the warranty scope under normal usage.
Special Upgrade: Motherboards in the Dodo Series, Mammoth Series, and Dire Wolf Series enjoy an extended warranty. Users of these products are entitled to a 4-Year Free Warranty without the need for registration.


Out-of-Warranty Paid Service
For products exceeding the 36-month warranty period or those deemed ineligible for warranty coverage, we offer paid repair services charged at actual cost. If the product is severely damaged, or if faulty components are discontinued with no market substitutes available, the defective unit will be returned to the customer unrepaired.
 Exclusions (Not Covered by "Three Guarantees")
Products exceeding the validity period of the "Three Guarantees".
Products with tampered, damaged, or missing serial numbers or labels.
Damage caused by misuse or special debugging (e.g., liquid spills, heavy object pressure, cryptocurrency mining, excessive overclocking, flashing third-party or modified BIOS, etc.).
Products that have been disassembled, repaired, or attempted to be repaired without authorization. Signs include: (removed heatsinks or plastic covers, missing or damaged components/connectors, severely deformed/broken circuit boards, scratched traces, corrosion, rust, or severe staining).
Invalid or tampered warranty certificates.
Mismatch between the product model/serial number on the warranty certificate and the actual product.
Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or force majeure natural factors. Signs include: (scratches on the surface, missing electronic components, deformed PCB, collision marks, etc.).
Damage caused by improper transport, usage, or storage by the user (e.g., moisture corrosion, mechanical damage, etc.).


 Individual RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Instructions
Shipping Costs: Users sending products directly for repair must bear the shipping costs.
Packaging Responsibility: Users must package the product properly. We recommend using a standardized logistics company to avoid disputes over shipping damage. Any damage incurred during shipping is the user's responsibility.
Fault Description: Users must clearly label the reason for the return to help our engineers diagnose the fault quickly.
Packaging Handling Rules:
Return with Original Packaging: If the product is returned in its original packaging (with original barcode), we will store it safely and return the repaired product in that same packaging.
Return without Original Packaging: If non-original packaging is used, we are not responsible for storing the packaging. The repaired product will be returned in a generic protective package suitable for its size; it will not match the original packaging.


 Note:
We reserve the right to modify these rules periodically in accordance with national laws and to protect consumer rights.
If modifications restrict your rights, we will notify you via announcement. Please monitor the Street Unawakened official website. If you disagree with the modifications, you may discontinue using the service. Continued use or failure to object during the notice period constitutes acceptance of the modified rules.
