The network shows 'Unidentified Network' or the speed is extremely slow even after plugging in the Ethernet cable. How do I fix this?

Try swapping the Ethernet cable and testing a different router port to ensure the cable isn't damaged and the router is functioning correctly. Check that the cable is fully inserted into the motherboard's LAN port—you should hear a distinct click to confirm it's securely locked in place.
Open Device Manager, locate the Network Adapters section, uninstall the network driver, and then restart your PC to let the system automatically reinstall the compatible driver. Disable the network adapter's power-saving mode to prevent disconnections during system sleep. Finally, right-click the network icon and run the Network Troubleshooter to repair any protocol anomalies.
If there is still no internet and the port indicator lights remain off after changing cables and drivers, it is highly likely that the LAN port module is faulty. In this case, please contact after-sales support for inspection and repair.
