All USB ports on my motherboard are unresponsive, including both front and rear ports. What should I do?

1. Temporary Fix

Power off and unplug the power cord, then press and hold the power button for 10 seconds to discharge static electricity. Reconnect the power and test. Static interference is a common trigger for USB failures.

2. Settings Check

Enter the BIOS, locate the USB configuration options, and ensure that USB Controller and USB Legacy Support are enabled. Also, disable any USB power-saving modes.

3. Hardware & Drivers

Once in the system, uninstall the USB drivers and restart to let the system automatically reinstall them. If the front USB ports are down, check if the internal front panel USB cables are connected correctly and not reversed. If all rear USB ports are unresponsive, it is highly likely that the motherboard's USB power delivery module is faulty; please contact after-sales support for diagnosis.
