Most models support user upgrades without affecting the overall warranty, provided that you follow these standard operating procedures:

1. Prerequisites for Upgrades
Please refer to the product manual to confirm the specifications and limits for RAM and SSDs (e.g., DDR4/DDR5 type and frequency for memory; size and protocol for M.2 SSDs) and purchase compatible hardware.

2. Operational Requirements
When upgrading, you must disconnect and unplug the power cord and take proper anti-static precautions to avoid damaging the motherboard and components. Only RAM and SSDs may be added; unauthorized modification or replacement of other core components (such as the CPU or Wi-Fi card) is strictly prohibited.

3. Warranty Information
Self-upgrading RAM or SSDs does not alter the overall warranty policy. However, hardware damage caused by unauthorized modification or improper handling is not covered under warranty.
